Lifeguards
Colmed Lifeguards provide emergency first aid and immediate water rescue response ensuring all water based events are diligently and professionally covered.
You are required to hold a minimum of Provide First Aid Certification (Level 2 First Aid) or Advanced First Aid Certification (Level 3 First Aid) as well as a Pool Lifeguard Certificate and/or Bronze Medallion. All Colmed Personnel must hold a current Police check (completed within the last 12 month) and Working with Children check.
We are always looking for enthusiastic, reliable and professional lifeguards to join our team. You must have a passion for water safety at our events, must be energetic, dynamic, outgoing and fun with excellent communication skills as well as excellence in customer service.
Event Safety Officer
Colmed Group has employment and job opportunities for Safety Officers in a large range of scenarios, settings and locations throughout Melbourne, Sydney, Brisbane, Adelaide, Canberra, Perth and Hobart. Events include major music festivals, motor racing, local councils, venues and stadiums as well as film and TV productions.
Safety Officers are required to hold a minimum of 22310VIC – Course in Place of Public Entertainment Safety Officer.
Other desired qualifications include:
- Certificate IV in Work Health and Safety.
- Diploma of Work Health & Safety
- Diploma of Leadership & Management
- Diploma of Human Resources Management
All Colmed Personnel must hold a current Police check (completed within the last 12 month) and Working with Children check.
