Focus on Emergency Management Procedures and  immediate assessment and management of acute injuries and medical emergencies. Includes ERC and covers basic knowledge of different types of injuries, nutrition, management of heat stroke/stress and Level 1 taping.

Prerequisite: Valid Provide First Aid Certificate (incl. CPR)

THIS IS AN ASSESSMENT ONLY!

Qualification Issued:

  • Statement of Attainment – Sports Trainer Level 1

Legislative Authorisation: AFL (valid for 3 years, provided 10 hours per season is maintained)

Course Duration:

  • Online Training with Face to Face Assessment – approx. 120 minutes  face to face assessment 

Venue: Colbrow Medics, Noble Park North

  • You will be sent an email with an invitation to enroll in your selected course
  • Please note: please check your spam mail box should you not receive the email or contact Colbrow Medics
  • You are required to complete approx. 4 hours of pre-learning online theory prior to attending the course
